TDACorp builds complete software products. The whole build, from the problem to a system somebody operates: scope, interface, frontend, backend, data and integrations, AI and automation where it earns its place, then the infrastructure, deployment path and security boundaries the rest of it stands on.

The roots are systems-level, and that is the difference rather than the category. The company builds an operating system and developer platforms of its own, which means the parts of a product that usually get handed to somebody else, the runtime, the deploy path, the failure modes, the boundary an agent is allowed to cross, are worked on directly instead of worked around.

That is what makes a whole product one engagement instead of three vendors. AI systems rarely break in the model; they break in the layer below it, and that layer is not a subcontract here. Engineering sold as engineering, not as a package of templates.

The public evidence today is in-house: a multi-tenant content platform, a natural-language analytics system, and a privilege-separated display manager. They show capability across a product surface, a data system, and an operating-system layer.

The model

The services arm builds complete products for companies that need real depth: the product surface and the backend, the AI and automation inside it, and the infrastructure, deployment path and security underneath. It is the work available today, and it is meant to pay for the product work.

The product arm turns repeated constraints into software TDACorp owns: the operating system, developer platforms, and tooling. It is not sold today. It is where the engineering gets sharpened, which is what makes the judgment on a client build worth paying for.

No outside money dictates the sequence. TDACorp is remote-first and based in India, working globally with teams that have a serious product to build.

How Decisions Get Made

Eight rules that settle most arguments before they start.

  • Reality over opinion

    Measure it, reproduce it, or read the source. What someone believes about the system is not evidence about the system.

  • First principles

    Decompose to what is actually true, then rebuild. Inherited structure is a hypothesis, not a constraint.

  • Build assets, not activity

    Prefer work that keeps paying after it ships. Motion that leaves nothing behind is a cost, not progress.

  • Leverage over effort

    Find the change that makes the next ten changes cheap. Working harder on the wrong layer is still the wrong layer.

  • Document reasoning

    Record why, not just what. A decision without its rationale gets re-litigated or quietly reversed.

  • Security by default

    Assume hostile input and fail closed. Safety is the starting position, never a later hardening pass.

  • Talent density

    Density, not headcount. People who can do the work end to end beat a larger group assembled to look like capacity.

  • Complexity earns its existence

    Every moving part justifies itself or comes out. Nothing stays because removing it would be awkward.
